  • Presented recommendations for a new business model (first movers’ advantage) Adventure Expeditions. 

  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities in the existing business model and grew business performance to 123% in 3 months.

  • Secured partnership with ARN (Arabian Radio Network) for the Ramadan Reunion campaign for Brand visibility and PR.

Assisted a Chinese investor company set-up base in Dubai.

  • Appointed to manage business operations and advise investment opportunities in UAE. 

  • Collaborated with senior management on multiple functions including customer success and finance.

  • Secured Expo 2020 Worldwide ticket reseller contract (this was only offered to about 1000 companies worldwide)

  • Increased brand visibility featured on National Newspapers such as Khaleej Times and Gulf News.

  • Grew firm from the ground-up to Market Leader position (Largest in the MENA region). Applied effective growth strategy to create unique market position. 

  • Oversee business strategy and operations for entire company.

  • Identify annual goals, develop strategies and present to board.

  • Align these business goals with departmental performance to ensure business performance is optimized.

  • Spearheading strategic partnerships and representing firm at trade conferences to Tourism boards, Embassies and Media.

  • Secured contract as official travel-partner for the Malta Pavilion at the EXPO2020.

  • Recovered airline loss of AED 100K. Detail-oriented and entrepreneurial, in contract negotiation (2019). Minimized losses up to 38% (from 2018 to 2019).

  • Steered firm to its highest performance in 2019 by positioning firm’s liability as a unique market opportunity. Consolidated surplus inventory to sell on E-commerce platforms with slab-based pricing strategy.

  • Built and guided a high-performing team of 6, under direct supervision.

  • Accelerated branch performance from INR 15 million to INR 54 million.

  • Awarded Top Performer in Thomas Cook India during the Indian Travel Market 2011.
